Christmas will officially begin in Lyme Regis on Saturday 30th November when the festive lights are switched on in the town. There will be a lantern-making workshop in the Lyme Regis Baptist Church pine hall in the afternoon, followed by the lantern parade through Broad Street to the Christmas tree. The lights will be switched on by the Mayor.
